We bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to every project we take on. Our number one goal has always been simple: build long-term relationships with the people we work for.

Our owner grew up around construction. From the time he was old enough to work, he was in the field learning the trade from the ground up. He worked alongside experienced crews, picked up skills from multiple companies, and spent years sharpening his knowledge before deciding it was time to go out on his own. He built TM Grading & Landscaping LLC from nothing, and that history is part of why the work matters so much to us.

We specialize in site work and development, grading, and excavation. Whether you need land cleared and leveled for a new build, a site prepped for development, or excavation work done with precision and care, we have the equipment and the experience to get it done. We take the time to understand what each project needs before we ever break ground.

We serve a wide area across central and eastern North Carolina, including Sanford, Aberdeen, Southern Pines, Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Chapel Hill, Garner, Lillington, Siler City, Carthage, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Cameron, and Dunn.
